Solar Foreman – Field Operations
Mount and wire PV arrays, run conduit, trench underground conduits and perform minor construction for racking systems. Works with installation teams in both residential and commercial settings. Layout and construct PV arrays
Solar Engineer – Solar Engineers design and engineer residential and commercial solar energy systems.
Create plans for system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
Customer Service Coordinator – Customer Service Coordinators are responsible for customer service, post-installation production monitoring and determining when to escalate production issues. They are also responsible for overseeing project progress and customer communication from contract signing through final project completion.
Solar Sales Advisor – Solar Sales Advisors are educators and advocators for potential clients to begin producing their own solar/clean energy. Solar Sales Advisors require self-motivation, drive and the ability to work within our company CRM system. Previous sales and/or finance background preferred. Competitive salary, commissions, bonuses and incentives offered based on performance and experience.
Field Engagement Specialist – Field Engagement Specialists will leverage door-to-door marketing techniques as well as on-site event participation and local neighborhood penetration. Our FES team works with our Solar Sales Advisors to help set appointments and facilitate customer transitions. Flexible hours. Competitive hourly salary plus commission.
Solar Marketing Specialist – Solar Marketing Specialists will engage potential clients and educate them about the benefits of converting to solar energy at events, festivals, street fairs and trade shows. Our SMS team works with our Solar Advisors to help set appointments and facilitate customer transitions. Flexible/Weekend hours. Competitive hourly salary plus commission.
